Can we have a item that reduces true damage and armor penetration %
Title says it all and i don't mean both stats in one item

If you build more health and armor, they don't do as much overall :^)

Armored Yokai1 votesyou guys all give valid points, it's just an item like duskblade of druglord does true damage if you aren't seen...so i thought it would be a good idea to add those stats i have posted to a new item.
