Season 5 Jungle Items, (aka Poacher's Knife)

The word that describes Season 5's Jungle to me is "Change". And we've had plenty of changes this season. Not only from previous seasons (Lee, Elise, Evelynn, if you remember), but from preseason and early this season, too. But there is one thing that bothers me.

This item has seen changes. This one too. We all remember pre-nerf Challenging Smite Warwick. But there is one more item. One that, despite being widely regarded as a failure, hasn't received ANY changes at all. I'm talking about Poacher's Knife. What do you think needs to happen for this item to be considered viable on the same level as the other items?

Speaking about changes, you cant really leave out the Enchantments. Juggernaut-->Cinderhulk or Magus-->Runeglaive, and now on the PBE, Devourer-->Sated Devourer. But once again, there is one Enchantment which was left behind. Warrior Enchantment. Do you think there is any problem with it? And if you think there is, how do you propose to solve these?
