his wave clear in jungle is just too slow and 1 on 1 with many of the most commonly selected junglers he loses. Tryndamere, yi, jax, UDYR

I've been playing him and he needs to be super fed to do good dps. They need to either buff his base damage or they need to do something about his E (really only good for the crit chance)

"Most commonly selected junglers". What division are you in? I haven't seen a Jax since last season, same with Tryn. He's meant to duel AA champs, neither of those except maybe Udyr should pose a problem other than clear speed. Your ganks are strong in damage, stickyness, and CC with Pantheon. His jungle clear is average, but his level two gank is very strong with Q and W.

He's viable you're just bad with him. Almost anyone is viable in jungle, it comes down to your skill with a champion. He shouldn't be clearing his jungle too hard anyways, focus on ganks.

if you gank all the time though you lose experience and you end up like level 6 and the mid and top lane are level 10

Why would their mid and top be a higher level than you if you gank them and kill them giving your teammate the lane to himself while you farm until they make a mistake again..?
