As far as the Veigar Changes go, I think this is a good tweak.

Why not have his cage walls slow by like 40 or so percent while they appear, and perhaps make the cage a bit smaller?

This gives him some of the guaranteed CC he used to have, still gives him a decent chance of stunning, and gives his enemies some options while still not just letting them walk away from it. They can choose to:

a) get slowed and try to dodge his abilities b) get stunned due to slow reactions or whatever other case it is or c) stand in the middle of the (hopefully slightly smaller) cage and try their hand at dodging stuff from in there.

I think this would placate most of the Veigar community and give him more depth as a champion while still giving him some guaranteed CC like he used to have without being so overbearing. Thoughts?
