ADC vs APC (Is it possible to play an ADC anymore ?)

I have played 5-6 games as ADC vs APC botlane and saw many posts on Reddit and on the Boards stating how unfair it is and I have to agree, this isn't a QQ post by the way i'm just asking for opinions.

Do you guys think ADCs are still viable ? How do you play agaisnt an Annie, Ziggs or Cass who has insane damage and poke and can proc TD ? It always seems like it doesn't matter how many times I kill them make them lose CS, they will have a huge spike in damage and get the tower first with the help of the JG

. We killed Annie 4 times in my last game and she could still 100-0 my support without any completed items. Damage and utility Wise I don't think ADCs can compete with mages in the botlane in the early game, I might be wrong but I don't know what to do ! I'm about to go TOP or MID 'cause I can't stand being pushed under tower by anymore. Has anyone found a solution or a pick to counter this if so i'm interested !
