Ideas to add more balance.
There has been a lot of discussion these last couple days on the board about the current state of the game, I've myself created a topic and got a lot of people to give out their ideas. I think we are going in the right direction with this, so far 3 major things are sticking out and I wanted to give my own opinion on balance. Feel Free to comment with your own ideas --

Keystones : Instead of removing Keystones we should tone done the OP ones to bring them on par with the rest. Maybe introduce 1-2 new Keystones or buff the ones that nobody uses like **Bond Of Stone **and Grasp Of The Undying. One thing is clear, certain Keystones on
Xchampions are way too good while being just ''meh'' on others. Riot need to seriously look at them and figure out a way to even the playing field. -
Bottom lane : These past months have been really hard on the ADCs and Supports. The new APC meta, early Junglers meta, the reduced fortification on BOT turret and the FB Tower gold bonus have created a permanent CLOWN FIESTA down there. I'm not against mages in the botlane, I just think we need more tools to deal with them early. As for the rest I think it needs to change, the gold bonus need to be reduced and the towers need to go back to their original state or get stronger (this is something that has been requested by a lot of people) If the tower could protect me well agaisnt 4-5 men dives It would be great.

Damage : The damage output of certain champions is just ridiculous at the moment,
are 4 big offenders. I'm all in favor of having EARLY/MID/LATE type of champions, but right now I see no point in picking for the late game. Games are short and early champions are way too dominante, one rotation and you are out, tanks don't have time to get tanky and late game powerhouse don't have the time to reach their items. I think we could nerf these early champions a bit and the game wouldn't suffer that much.
