Ok, show me a diamond player who mains Nidalee Jungle

I cant understand how the hell she works!

Every time I have a Nibalee as my jungler we loose horribly. She is always late 3 levels and no use whatsoever in team-fights. Not to mention ganks are pretty much decided if she can hit the adc with the spear from the bush.

Every single game....

Honestly what is the problem, she is hard to master or just there are so many better jungle picks right now?

She is hard to master and hard to play in team fights (properly). Tell them to go the iceborn gauntlet build on nidalee. Tank nidalee seems to work better as you dont fall off as hard late game.

normally if you jump in with nidalee you have to do it after cooldowns are burnt or wait for a really good time (all up to decision making really...) but if you get cc'd down youre almost always going to die instantly cause shes so squishy (thats why zhonyas is such a good item on her), but that aside tank nidalee seems really fun for me right now, id prefer it over standard full AP.

It has nothing to do with the quality of player playing her and everything to do with the fact that nidalee, like a lot of jungler picks, are trap picks in yolo q because they gimp the team. They force a particular play patter onto a team that most teams are not set up to help, they remove a tank and frontline presence from the composition, and then they are also probably just bad at jungling in general because 99.9% of league players are bad at that role.

I have the same problem. She has no CC, so her ganks depend on the CC of hear teammate. Her q only works from far, but it also shows she is coming. She is squishy in close range and die. In practice it is too easy to run away from nidalee, and her ganks are failed most of the time. She should be a natural jungler, but she totally fails in that role. A design failure.

To be completely honest the entire reason for this is probably your Elo. Nidalee is a very difficult champion to play who a) has a very complex kit and b) must make very important map choices. As all of her power is allocated into the early game, she must snowball the game from there or she will notably fall off (I.E. if she hasn't gotten a kill by 7 minutes she's messed up (or every lane pushed without being able to dive)). Finally clearing with nidalee actually takes a notable amount of skill as her sustain is entirely dependant on your skill with microing the mark on camps as well as the speed of which you can pull of her rotations.

TlDr; She's really hard to play and gets punished for inaction
