@Riot c'mon, give me one good reason why should i report someone.
8 out of 10 of my summoners rift games have someone behaving in a way that at least warrants a warning. Just had a match, we won, I had a great time with my ADC... But our jungler still flamed top and mid with UPPERCASE messages(don't want to read him when he is loosing) and the enemy ADC left the game in the 10th minute, While I had fun - 6 others had their game negatively impacted by others.
Now @Lyte can go and play with the numbers from our matches, whether he includes only the people that brought the toxicity in his calculation, or will he count the victims too to determine the toxicity in games - its still the same for me: I play 10 matches - 8 are toxic.
And I stopped reporting a while back, at first just because I was frustrated that the tribunal is down for months, then when i learned what ware they doing with the system i just said to myself "Nope, I don't agree to be part of your ongoing social experiment on a live video game, find some other lab rats"... And then at the beginning of this summer I got the opportunity to play more with friends from the same room and I didn't want to explain why i don't report people that ware toxic to my friends; so I started reporting again.
And now I caught myself unwilling to report again. Not as a way of rebelling against your choices about the tribunal... I just noticed that i report less and less no matter the volume of toxicity, unconsciously. Probably because reporting is a fruitless action for me; I don't see the results from that action. Maybe the system works but i don't know. It feels like I am not included so I unconsciously exclude myself from those action.

TL;DR: The only reason i can think of that can make me willing again to report toxicity is: my toxic day count. And I don't have that.
I need my "Toxic days prevented"! I don't need to know from which report/match/summoner they are and i don't care. I just need to know that someone is thinking back on a match where he was a bad example of a mate in a team play and that a majority of people agreed on that.
This new tribunal is taking its sweet time! Hurry it up or cancel it and bring the old one back.
If some part is written badly I apologize, English is not my native.
