@Riot c'mon, give me one good reason why should i report someone.

8 out of 10 of my summoners rift games have someone behaving in a way that at least warrants a warning. Just had a match, we won, I had a great time with my ADC... But our jungler still flamed top and mid with UPPERCASE messages(don't want to read him when he is loosing) and the enemy ADC left the game in the 10th minute, While I had fun - 6 others had their game negatively impacted by others.

Now @Lyte can go and play with the numbers from our matches, whether he includes only the people that brought the toxicity in his calculation, or will he count the victims too to determine the toxicity in games - its still the same for me: I play 10 matches - 8 are toxic.

And I stopped reporting a while back, at first just because I was frustrated that the tribunal is down for months, then when i learned what ware they doing with the system i just said to myself "Nope, I don't agree to be part of your ongoing social experiment on a live video game, find some other lab rats"... And then at the beginning of this summer I got the opportunity to play more with friends from the same room and I didn't want to explain why i don't report people that ware toxic to my friends; so I started reporting again.

And now I caught myself unwilling to report again. Not as a way of rebelling against your choices about the tribunal... I just noticed that i report less and less no matter the volume of toxicity, unconsciously. Probably because reporting is a fruitless action for me; I don't see the results from that action. Maybe the system works but i don't know. It feels like I am not included so I unconsciously exclude myself from those action.

TL;DR: The only reason i can think of that can make me willing again to report toxicity is: my toxic day count. And I don't have that.

I need my "Toxic days prevented"! I don't need to know from which report/match/summoner they are and i don't care. I just need to know that someone is thinking back on a match where he was a bad example of a mate in a team play and that a majority of people agreed on that.

This new tribunal is taking its sweet time! Hurry it up or cancel it and bring the old one back.

If some part is written badly I apologize, English is not my native.

honestly though the tribunal wasnt all what i thought it would be. i remember when i would use it and fairly punishing/pardon people, but when you reread your files, and i saw how most people were punished for the most smallest things it just felt like the community was abusing their power. it needed to be reworked, and i hope Riot only lets a select few people to use the Tribunal, or else anyone can just make an account and just do nothing but spam punish!

i still dont understand why you dont report people. Reports do count for something, just look at how many people are complaining when they get ban/some sort of restriction (eg chat/rank) reports are read by someone, granted some things are easier to deal with like afk, and people who use foul language, but then again it also has to deal with how often that person does those action, and how often they are reported. if they only do it once or twice (out of the hundreds/thousands of games they played) do you feel they should get hit with a ban? You not reporting them is also a problem. this just means that either other people will do that for you (which more often that not doesnt happen) and just makes the toxic person be more toxic because they can!

They're actually working on a system to indicate when players that you've reported receive punishments. Right now, they're only having it send feedback to the player whose report triggered the case (and thus the punishment), but only because they're worried about it being spammy. Lyte's said a few times that if it's not bad as-is, they'll be considering expanding who gets notifications.

i report fairly liberally even though i've heard the more you report the less it's worth. All of my reports have a legitimate reason behind them first of all. Even though I highly doubt reporting actually does anything I still do it regardless. Lets hope i'm accomplishing something
