So is Banner of Command going to be a problem?
Armor, Magic Resist, Mana, Cooldown Reduction
It gives virtually every stat a tanky top could want and then gives an additional power to make any magic-based laner's life hell by trying to take down the magic minion.
Is there any reason it's not going to be bought now? There's a few cases like a non-mana top or the enemy team being mostly AD but honestly it seems like the most wonky part of it, the AP, is gone and now it's perfect for tanky champions. Between this and Zz'rot I've seen roughly one every game or so- is more splitpushing really how this game wants to go?
