Who do you win lane with most consistently?

I pretty much sandbag the lane if I can't kill you.

For top, most of the times it's . Keeps me on my toes and sometimes win lanes even when my team loses.

for me too, though i take scaling resistances in blues and yellows, attack speed reds, and movespeed quints.

support and support. Silver's can't really position well and it let's me punish that while fixing my own teams positing. Black shield and namis heal/movespeed. Plus, getting an adc ahead really helps. I notice most other supports don't peel very well or set up cc on the wrong person so being a good support gets me up.

Jhin in mid or as an ADC. Cait is also a champion I almost never lose lane on.

Back in April 2014 where I had a brief period of getting top all the time (Early Team Builder I think), I ALWAYS snowballed with Swain top.

Impossible to lose lane with him unless you get countered/camped hard

It's got to be Darius. He is 1000% freelo with little to no counterplay. I usually just easy farm with w, sustain with q, and wait for their jungle to come so I can 1v2. Because if you kill one of them with an r, you get a HUGE damage buff and you get to max stack your passive with the next attack for an easy double dunk. And even if you somehow lose the lane it doesn't really matter, the late game is your friend and you will carry anyways. I really hope riot never nerds this guy because I need him to help me climb lol.
