You don't give any real reason or argument as to why Quinn is "toxic". Just, QUINN QQ MOVESPEED QQ TOXIC BROKEN.

If you were to say something like, Harrier is too strong, or her ult being near spammable is way too powerful, or, helle, her W gives her too much vision or something, we could have given you a more in-depth and reasonable response, but no. QQ BROKEN. U BASEMENT DWELLER.

That's how I usually reply to people like the OP. Unless they actually provide something that I can then counter (because they usually are wrong), I just leave them with the ole' Jinx wink

As much as the OP is.....not the smartest, Quinn's E is actually a small knockup

In my opinion she's absolutely dreadful to lane against to the point where if I'm going a melee top lane champion I'm banning her. It's like teemo except teemo doesn't fuck over your entire vision range with one lucky skillshot and then burst you for half your health, nor does he have actual on demand self peel that's basically a "can't touch me bitch".

She's also a really strong pick as her winrate resides at a 54% winrate in plat+. I feel like that's too high although it has been fluctuating in the past patch daily so idk what to say for sure.
