Where did the 'Nerf Vayne' threads go?
No really, the last time I saw one it was a jokey one. And that was like 2 weeks ago. She hasn't been nerfed either.

other champions have caught the boards' attention

she went 1-4 at worlds she's not op lol jinx is.
Jinx and Vayne have been complained about a lot. However, Vayne was the most played champion for a couple of patches meaning she had that light. Jinx has been complained about since release (750 range AOE crits etc) BUT Jinx has a glaring soloq weakness in that it's harder for her to self peel, meanwhile Vayne has a target E and Q is a mini hop. Jinx is less frustrating in an unorganized game while Vayne is Riven tier in frustration in soloq.
With the Juggernauts, Fiora and GP (being fair, GP took a while) being released MORE people were more concerned with them since they are more effective in all elo's and being constant bans across the board.
Something like that.
Small nerf to Vayne + LCS + People got tired of repeating themselves.
Personally, i am just here to enjoy the show since i havent played in a few months,
They saw Jinx and Mordekaiser being heavily picked in Worlds and the QQ train moved on.
Give it a month or two and they'll be back.
According to the current PBE, Vayne's base AD is deducted by 3. Not sure if this is still enough.
What did you expect when the only thing Rito did was "-2 AD at level 1, hurr durr"?
Personally I don't really mind Vayne and I don't play ADC, but I can see the reason people stopped complaining. There is no point. Boards aren't for feedback. At the end of the day Rito Germs will do whatever the hell they want and leave the issue untouched until the end of time.

Small nerf inbound, plus we've been told she's being looked at in the marksman update.
The boards can be like a swarm of angry bees whenever a champ enters their cross-hairs, but they're still easy to placate.
