Runes Reforged Rework Idea

The general consensus on the boards regarding runes reforged is that there's still a lack of diversity in stats, especially when you want to be more offensive or especially when you want to be more defensive, so I have an idea. Again, I want a meaningful discussion.

[Removed] - bonus base stats for going certain skill trees (ie. the 9/18% attack speed on precision, 15-300 hp on resolve etc.)

[New] - Minor minor (minor squared/M^2) runes. Each tree line has 3 more runes you can choose from. You secondary tree will also allow you to choose an M^2 rune.

Precision:

  • 9% attack speed
  • 1-10% crit from lvls 1-18
  • +10 ms

Domination:

  • 6 Ad or 8 AP adaptive
  • 5 Ad AND 5 AP
  • 3 lethality or mpen adaptive

Sorcery:

  • 8AD or 10AP adaptive
  • +100 mana
  • +9 mr

Resolve:

  • +9ar
  • +120 hp
  • +4ar and mr

Inspiration:

  • Doubles stats from other M^2 chosen
  • Triples stats from other M^2 chosen but makes the stats scale from levels 1-18 instead of given at lvl 1
  • +2 ad or ap adaptive, 30hp, 2 lethality or mpen adaptive, 3ar, 3 mr and 3 ms (basically a jack of all stats, good at none)

Stats can be tweaked but this is a general idea. Brings back the choice in runes the old system had but mixed it with the new one. Also brings some defensive options in each tree apart from domination while allowing offensive ones in all but resolve. Thoughts?
