Champ Select Bug

I was in a champ select, in my promos too, and when it Janna's time to lock in (she is 2 picks ahead of me) it glitches out and says she is dodging because she has been at 0 seconds for 10 seconds. I then ask my friend if we dodged or not because we are still in champ and he says no it is my time to pick and so i try to lock in and it says "Trying to Connect" and it forces me to dodge.

I lose my promos again and this time it is because of the fucking client? Hello it doesn't take skill to have a client bug out and make you lose promos. Fix the game because im getting tired of these bugs and being forced to lose promos and support wont do anything to fix it. 10 days to reply on a ticket, get out of her with that.
