Played TF for the first time, got reported for intentional feeding; Tips appreciated

Have played League for 5 years, and tried out TF for the first time a few days ago. Sadly, i went 5/12/2 (or close to that) and two of my teammates promised to report me for intentional feeding. Sadly, i wasn't trying to feed; just had a rough game [zombie-nunu-bummed]

TF seemed pretty simple until i actually tried to play him, lol. Practice would probably help (i locked in so many blue cards trying to get the yellows, lol), but i had a lot of trouble trying to figure out what to do with him. Any general strategy, tips, runes, etc. anyone can provide would be helpful.
