How viable is Twitch in Season 6?

Hey guys,

Twitch was the first champ I ever bought in League, and I absolutely loved him for a time.

However, almost every time I played him, I would just get countered and shut down by OP and easier-to-play (at the time) like Ashe, Lucian, etc.

With the (somewhat) recent Marksman update and new AD itemization options, do you think Twitch is still viable in S6? Do you guys have any tips on how to play him well in the new meta?
