Gameplay FPS unnaturally low

Just bought an msi GS60 2QE and ive tested games like skyrim, riders of icarus, overwatch, fortcrap,(yeah i dont actually like that game big surprise) and many other games all on max smoothly but league somehow starts to stutter... wtf? I have a GTX 256 laptop and it runs league smoother for some reason but on the 970m I can see it stutter. Any help?

What I've tried: Enabling Nvidia processor in panel Power savings is off High performance mode on both Intel and Nvidia

specs are:

12 gb ram Gpu: tx 970m Processo: i7 3.5ghz On boards graphics: Intel 4600 SSD installed along HDD
