I just only play with support mains. Then we just all play or secondary roles and rotate who supports. And yes that means that we have 5 support mains on a team at once and we are ruining your queue times.
he is just a bad adc . any bad adc who blames the supp liek that for anything is just bad and relies on your job to carry him vices the other way around. tbh the best thing to do which is what i have been doing is i play a ap supp by the name of zil. why becuase huge burst low cd ult , slow cc and fast speed increase.

I've had ADCs and Mid laners in one game blame me for why we lost the game - I was Sona, and they said that because I didn't have enough peel, that cost them the entire game. They also got seriously outplayed and my ADC fed hard, but nah, it's the support's fault, not the two carries who weren't actually carrying.
