Small Gragas Buff Suggestions

Let me share some opinions about my favourite champion:

Currently I'm unsure if it's worth to play in ranked in season 6. The thing which is worrying is his common winrate. Self I'm running a winrate of 54% in normal games but my question is: Could you get a higher winrate more easily by just playing another, more favored champion? Also, it pisses me that Bond of Stone will get nerfed since that's the keystone I'm using when jungling.

Jungling with Gragas is pretty safe but I still feel much better and useful when playing Amumu or Hecarim etc. There is just something little missing (a lcs-team) which makes playing Gragas a bit painful. Especially when going in lane, trying to farm, that is the most annoying part. It's only Gragas support (either tank or AP) which I find fun and not stressful to play since I don't have to pay much attention on my creep score. AP Gragas may be good in early game, but drops behind later. However, it probably wouldn't be the greatest idea to give him bigger AP scales or such. Below I have listed some suggestions which could help Gragas doing better both in the jungle and lane.

Option 1: Increase W damage reduction duration to 3 from 2.5

Option 2: Increase W damage reduction amount by 2% on all levels

Option 3: Increase Q slow duration to 1.5 from 1.3

Option 4: Increase Q range by 25

Option 5: Remove Q reduced damage to minions (for laning, but could be too much)

Option 6: Increase AP ratios by 100% xd (joking)
