Riot, I suggest that you change how the lower priority queue works. Currently it's a pop up (similar to the accept/decline match pop up) that restricts you from doing anything but leaving the queue. So if you are 10 minutes into a wait and remember that you need to change your runes/buy something from the store/ get a message, you can't check until another 10 minutes have passed, which really doesn't make sense.
