assuming a champion with free dashes a few times a second can't dodge skillshots because of ... reasons ... and remembering that slows don't bother kalista because it leaves her hops unaffected.
Diana - one pull. also you have to keep hitting your q in order to use your ult. you have to use your entire kit to counter kalista's passive and you don't even stop her from AA you to death.
Akali - you get three dashes and you're out, without stopping her from attacking you. of course this assumes you are holding them all to stick to kalista alone and there are no other priority targets to worry about.
Riven - part of the problem with mobility creep. being part of the problem isn't part of the solution. also can't catch kalista anyway if kalista gets boots first as she normally does.
Jarvain - has limited high cooldown gap-closers. needs his eq to get in, can ult, kalista hops out of the pit. j4 cries as she jumps away.
Quinn/Valor - is ranged not melee.
Vi - q in, ult, if that isn't already death watch kalista jump away.
amumu - has to ult to hold kalista in place. having to use your ult every time you see a champ because of their passive isn't a good counter.
Blitz - i hope you're building him full AP or else your combo isn't going to be enough to kill her.
Malphite - has to ult to get to her, then watch her kite all day.
they all have to use long CD ults and/or just plain can't stick to the target.
that leaves you with Fiora, so that's 1.
