Initial thoughts on Neeko, and why she might be unhealthy

I love Neeko's deception kit, and I like her concepts a lot. However, I do think she belongs in a game more similar to Battlerite, or another team oriented fast paced fighter game, rather than in a MOBA, like League of Legends.

So I'm not entirely sure how Neeko's passive activates. Is it activated like Zilean's Time in a Bottle? That would make teamfights a little wonky, which is fine because Neeko seems like she needs to prepare ahead of time, but I can see this feeling a little uncomfortable for Neeko players.

Her main avenues of camo are, aside from brush, the fog of war, and walls, and this poses a small problem to me. Aside from Ivern, she synergizes well with camouflage champions, which I can already tell is going to feel unfair. Outplay is outplay, but trying to fight 4 Shacos at once would be hell. These rare situations feel really unfair. What's going to feel more unfair is playing Neeko during the Laning Phase (Unless her damage values are super ramped up.)

Where would she fit in? Roaming support? Jungler? While she is great in skirmishes, she's not really that great in laning phase, with the exception of her 2.5 second root. I can see her being used as a cc type of support, like Lux, that later develops into a deception teamfighter rather than a burst teamfighter. I can't see her being reliably played mid lane or top lane, and nor can I see her clearing Jungle well enough. Maybe they'll revert the Rift Scuttle changes :)

Also this feels like what Leblanc could have been, or at least some aspects of it. Making lots of clones, disguising oneself (Still thinking about her pretending to be Jarvan), etc.

I've said for years that riot keeps trying to turn their game into a fast pace pure PvP game like battlerite (or the old name bloodline champions). Despite the fact that bittlerite flopped... twice.

Yet it's easy to just dismiss some random person on the internet.
