As of now, everything CertainlyT changed about Mordekaiser in 5.16 has been altered significantly. Most of which are steps in the right direction And some inspired by Community discussion

Riot has been very engaged in community feedback.
5.16 was the wrong starting point for what actually might be a very drastic direction based Rework with more community interaction than any I have seen.

My hope is they make a tank focused AP item to help with his build path or even 1 more hybrid item

Hopeful S1 Morde Main ex Lol player.

Off topic, have you tried Rylias and Rageblade on Morde? Each q grants 3 stacks, so you have all 8 by third q!! OP. TRY IT. Slap on DFT and Liandry's your ult does nice base AND burn damage.

well, item 3191 still only has one upgrade...I would love to see item 3170 on summoners, would be awsome for morde

That's an excellent idea using Armguard and adding Moonflair to summoners rift honestly that item would be core

If they were so engaged with the Morde community, this rework would've never happened.

They are engaged NOW. In stark contrast to the willfully Ignorant attitude at 5.16

I understand this, I was saying if the WERE so engaged before, Morde would've had a proper rework instead of what Riot just threw at him. It's still good to see that they are doing something with him currently though.
