Why hasn't Zoe been removed from the game yet?

Ever since her release, she's been nerfed patch by patch, and for good reason. She gets free flashes, heals, barriers, items, teleports, etc in a fucking W, and even has the potential of flashing like 8 fucking times in a fight. Lets not even mention that she has a hard CC as a mage that fly through a fucking wall, do true damage, and set up a trap on the ground. Lets also mention that she has a sheen in her passive and a long ass range nuke in her Q that doesn't really have a fucking cooldown.

For real, this is some typical CertainlyT fucking retardation. Remove her from the game.

Because there isn't a single elo, where she has a decent win rate and she is only as oppressive as people make her out to be in pro play, everywhere else, you have a far higher chance of winning when she is your opponent.
