and fleet footwork/hail of blades means he's running at 623 fucking movement speed every auto attack. Why the fuck hasn't this been nerfed yet? Why do I have to wait another 2 weeks for this to be addressed, better yet, IF it gets addressed?

No wonder people can't fucking take you seriously right now, a champion is not only running at me faster than champion in the game, but he's meant to be immobile, plus he's doing a fuck ton of damage. Like I just played against one last game, where he auto'd a minion and straight up ran away like he has ghost.

Why? It's like the balance team are being paid to jack themselves off all day.

fleetfootwork is fine imo, hail of blades just needs to be removed/replaced. Jhin was a subpar adc until they introduced both stormrazor and hail of blades at the same time. It's not jhin that's the problem.

Because he is a Marksman that is why. When marksman are weak for a patch or 2 pros/streamer marksman mains cry and then they get buffed to be super op for next year. See ADC in 2017k into 10 months of Ardent meta ADCs dominating the whole game 2 v 8 with a Janna AFK spaming shield on them. Now they get to 1 v 9 as any Stormrazor marksman

Learn your role OP. Your just there to be autoed by the ADC you don't get to play the game.
