Nerfed too much

So, I know everybody hated Tahm Kench in the last patch. I just tried out Tahm Kench with the new adjusted changes. It's reasonable in the early games, but it is complete garbage in the late games. The abilities do not stack acquired taste anymore which makes it very hard to get stacks on enemies. And plus the level 6 ult was already useless. The champion became completely useless to the team after the 20-minute mark. No damage, no way to have enough cc without losing too much hp, when I played him I instantly regretted it. The other nerfs were fine but please add back the ability stacks. He has become the kind of champion that just won't be used anymore.

I mean to be fair, Tahm’s spent most of his life on LoL in the dumpster cause riot’s NEVER balanced him well, to be honest I saw this coming because it happens waaaay too often.

He will sit in trash tier until one day Riot decides to rework him. He was my main up until they decided to string nerf after nerf targeting his ability to support and I dropped him. Don't expect anything reasonable until he gets a rework. The champion creates too much angst when playing against him in a solo lane and had too much agency in pro play. Nothing but a complete and total VGU will get him the attention he needs or deserves.

I just checked and his solo lane win rate dropped like a rock as expected. His support win rate got a slight bump, probably because of his passive regeneration in laning phase but his mid-late game win rate died with his ability to combo. Picking him now is making your team a 4v5 post 20 minutes.

It's such an interesting thing. There were multiple champions with win rates higher than tahm in lane... granted.. tahm could beat most of them when played correctly.

They just collectively buried Tahm over the last few changes. It's pretty incredible as it was really tough for any version of tahm to full carry a game.

I started pretty late in this god forsaken game... only having played for 2.5 years really. I learned TK on a friend's suggestion as he was pretty basic and pretty versatile. The champion is now worthless.

I don't know how this game will survive when it's so hard to pick up, and this team can somehow decide at any point to make someone's favorite/best champion completely unplayable.

It's also ironic to me that I've never seen this with some of the more prolific dominant laners who can actually carry late game..
