Riot please fix the MMR system and match making

Please riot, fix your mmr system so we get equal skilled teams to play with/against. The games I play right now for the past few months either I win so hard or I lose so hard. there's no middle ground anymore. I played bad I admit. But just look at it man. I keep good mental but nope, riot wants me to lose.
