Hey Riot, We Need to Talk

I personally have reformed and refrained from roasting or being toxic in-game because I realized that is not a good thing to do and often causes me to lose games. But, for the recent 15-20 games, I experience insanely toxic players, AFK players, and bad players in general. It is ok to not be a good player, however, it is completely unacceptable to AFK, roast, or make racist, sexual harassing comments, or anything along the lines of that. When I report these people, they just do not get fucking banned. In one of my recent games, the jungler said, and I quote "report me as needed, I am going to leave." That is just completely fucking unacceptable (excuse me for profanity I am really angry). It is outrageous that Riot lets these people play just because they want money from them and only care about running their company. I am really disappointed and I will be leaving League of Legends for good. Thank you Riot! You have successfully driven away more and more loyal great players from Summoners Rift. Leaving the disgusting toxic, AFK players here.
