As Fiora I generally find it easy to spend the earlier levels poking vitals and following up with E if they don't back off (Be careful about this, minion agro is a thing). At level 6, all in. ESPECIALLY if you hit 6 first and they're still level 5. All in the fuck out of them. Normally if they were close to your tower and assuming you kept up the poke, they are 100% dead, even if they flash (because you have flash as well). From there, if you find that the other laner has smarted up and won't go into kill range, roam to other lnes and apply pressure

For fiora where ever her vital is hug that wall. Your goal against fi is to trade when the vital is down and make it as hard as possible for her to hit it
