Don't let Ornn buy potions out of fountain

He can't actually.

People are saying he cant. Everything else he can forge tho and is fair game.

If he could buy potions out of fountain, he would stay in lane forever, and constantly have an advantage over his laner. I'm guessing he might not be able to forge control wards either, just forge armor, and weapons.

He's already going to have the item advantage in lane by forging at his turret. (I'm guessing there might be a cooldown on it tho, and he won't be able to forge every single time he wants to, and people are forgetting that). So really, it don't seem broken when you consider there will be a CD possibly.
