Give solo queue players more lp gain

Not a lot, just a little, like 3-4 per win. Statistically speaking the odds are against you when playing solo queue (45% for solo, 55% for dq), it's only fair we get compensated in the time being while you figure out another way. No reason solo queue players should be punished when we are most of your player base.
