I haven't seen a zed in a ranked game for over 20 games. I started doing better in my classes, got a 92 on an exam a week ago. I've also gotten in touch with my inner self. I am breathing better and my anxiety levels have decreased. I just became a better person in general.
I just wanted to share this with you all, bans do matter.

It is, perhaps, the best decision I ever made. Shortly after the game, I took a nap, only to awake and discover that both of my research papers for this quarter were mysteriously finished! Furthermore, I've developed a sudden sense of clarity with regards to everything I do. I used to struggle with physics, but now it comes to me easily! I've also had a lot more luck with girls, and feel way more healthy.

Same with Pantheon. I guess there are just a few champions I really hate playing against regardless of who is the FoTM.
I try not to ban if someone close to the top wants him though.

In all seriousness though, I think Zed being strong hurts Zed mains more than other players at some point. And I'm talking about real Zed mains, the ones who play the champion, weak or strong. And here are some frustrating things about being a true Zed main in modern Zed OP-iness periods:
Rarely get to play him in ranked. You would often have to play normals in order to play him more often. Imagine not being able to play your favorite champion in ranked, so you gotta learn more champions than others.
People may take those dank ass plays less seriously, thinking it's the champion and not the player.
When you use Shockblade Zed, people think that you're some 13 year old hardscoping freelo abuser who drinks 4 bottles of Mtn Dew while playing League.

A good example of a narcissist evil genius is The Riddler from Batman. So, yeah, being a sadist is a characteristic of a narcissist. The word "narcissist" comes from Greek mythology as a character named Narciss obsessively stares at his own reflection on a lake.
I find comparing a Zed main to a person with NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder, where a person holds at least 5 out of 9 personality traits linked to it) holds some comidic value.
TL;DR: Being a sadist is a characteristic of a narcissist. Zed mains can be overexagurated to having a narcissistic disorder for comidic value.

I lost my main, but the enemy team was alot less toxic and preformed much better causing me to lose quite a few games! This generosity showed me that I was the one getting outplayed, not them! I am now working as a travelling nun in 3rd world countries and have found true happiness! Thank you OP!

I've been winning my games, crushing my professional goals and I haven't spent a Saturday night alone in over a month. My ex even came crawling back.
