Bring back machine gun kogmaw
Just remove the on hit damage in his kit, and bring that back.
Nothing has ever been more fun to play to me than a 5.0 attack speed kogmaw, in the 7 seasons of playing this game.
He doesnt need the % hp dmg built into his kit.... revert that revert and fix your numbers balance team
