The answer to everything involving Ryze ult and Hourglass is right there; it shouldn't be possible. Realm Warp should be cancelled as soon as Ryze activates Zhonya's.

MXXXXXL2 votesI played Ryze just for this trick and it ends up in hilarious retarded escapes, it's the best escape in the game that has no counterplay other then stopping him from doing it in the first place by chaining CC.
And i agree, he shouldn't teleport away while in stasis, but if they were to change Ryze ult + Zhonya's they should replace it with something equally fun; Zhonya's doesn't cancel his ultimate, meaning you and an ally could be ready to Ryze ult TP into the enemy fountain but right before you TP, you can activate Zhonya's to cancel your trip and troll them into solo TPing into the fountain.

The majority of ryze's kit is point and click. That alone, because he's a RANGED champion, should be cause for concern.
It's one thing for a melee champion to be mostly point and click, or an auto based ranged champ to be mostly point and click, but when you have a point and click caster, that alone is cause for concern.
Ryze has always been cancer, no matter his iteration... So it's whatever I guess. At least this iteration of him isn't as obnoxious as the "press R kill everything in sight" iteration.

"If ryze becomes unable to cast or move the spell is canceled" thats what it says in the spells description but the fucking spell still works, still goes off, and doesnt cancel while he is in the zhonya freeze... stupid interaction is stupid
