@Balance Team, Camille PBE Buffs Feedback

Last week, on Meddler's Quick Gameplay Thoughts, he mentionned buffs to Camille among a few other champs. Today, those buffs are finally on the PBE, but I dont understand the direction taken. My impression is that autoattacking champions relying on true damage got the short end of the stick with the new rune system. Camille, Fiora, Darius and Master YI were all users of Fervor of Battle. The AD provided by the old keystone was feeding directly into their true dmg output (note that Irelia's Hiten Style (w) true dmg is a flat amout dictated by the current ability's level.).

Now, with Press The Attack being the closest keystone to FoV in the new system, there's a big issue for those type of champs. The 12% dmg amplification doesn't affect true dmg. This is why I don't understand totay's non-damage buffs to Camille's kit.

Her current Q reads as follow: (...) If the second Precision Protocol hits at least 1.5 seconds after the first, the bonus damage is increased by 100% to X and 40-100% (scaling with levels) of the attack in converted into true damage.

I expected something like a buff to her % bonus dmg on Q2 to compensate for the 8 to 64 AD (provided by FoB) lost on Q2. As a big Camille player, I understand that the buffs mean more than what they look in the first place, but I can also affirm that despite being nice, they are somewhat situational (you might not awalys need a full 2 sec duration on the shield or an extra 0.5 sec to proc the Q.

I really hope there's a change to these buffs, because there's no other keystone that feels great on Camille atm considering what Fervor used to do for her.
