Need a game mode below normal (not bots)

We need a game type choices besides just normal. I am tired of people practicing in normals, because there is no other place to practice, then saying "it's normals...so it is fine". I get it, but an experienced player shouldn't have to play with players that are practicing. I play normals cause I don't feel like dealing with the stress of Ranked but I still want to win. I feel like many people are practicing in normals and dont care if they win or not. Time to expand to more options Riot.

My suggestion is to have a practice game type and maybe even an advanced mode.

Practice - would be used to practice new champs without being concerned about winning (maybe players with less than 300 wins)

Normals - would be for players that feel they have a good handle on playing (maybe players with 300-600 wins)

Advanced - would be for players that have X amount of wins (maybe players with > 600 wins)

Ranked - for ranked
