Almost everytime i go into promo like (80%) it's anything but a test of my skill. It's a game where i get extremely bad team (unlike previous games) and somehow game expect me (the support) to carry 6/16, 4/12 etc lanes that I have no say in till midgame...

I thought promo games are about test of MY skill and should pair up two teams of equal, higher mmr then my own except for myself. And there i should strive to win vs higher elo support with higher elo adcs on both sides.

Instead I get games that are literally "Gold star for effort" as I, the support, despite not feeding and even getting a few kills, am still powerless in front of completely lost toplane, midlane and jungle. Most of the time at least two outta 3.

And now it's a clownfiesta where I stomp s4 games, getting to S3 promo, to be obliterated in it, or right after passing it. WTH is going on with this matchmaking?

Yeah dude I hear you. Promos always feel dirty and unfair. If I don't have at least 2 feeders or an afk, I get at least one plat smerf on the other team(which is very unsportsmanlike and should be reported). I support main and watching top shove kills into darius' face or mid and jungle get spoonfed... What can you do when then the 4 mans come bot and tower-dives(because towers so scary,right.... right?) the both of you, and there goes any progress bot.

This isn't anything new but, the snowball effect and the stupid amounts of damage aren't helping.

I always seems to end up with my secondary role for them. It might be coincidence but it always seems to be jungle 2 games, mid one, to the point where I will always practice my junglers before them just to be sure I can carry.
