Old skins overpriced

I like Vladimir, a lot. I certainly don't like his default skin which feels like some cirus/psycho ward reject that fell into a red paint bucket. I would gladly buy Blood Lord Vladimir skin as it puts badass in otherwise clownish looking character, but 1820 RP??

No special interactions with other champions, no dedicated recall animation, Rather shoddy and uninspired splash art.

Yeah i dig it's old, but skins aren't wine, Riot. They age like milk. At this day and age, when legendary means a lot of stuff for your 1820RP, skins such this one have no place. It either needs to be updated to current standards, or have it's price lowered to much more reasonable 1350RP range, which is adequate for it's content.
