Can't buy skin without the champ

Well seems you enjoy shooting your own foot Riot. You put Pulsefire Cait on a discout, and i would buy that. But i don't have cait yet (only recently started buying up marksman) nor enough BE to get her before promotion ends. And sooner hell will freeze over then i'll cough up 880 RP for 4800 BE champ.

So now i get no skin (cause i can't), you get no sale. If you let me buy skins for champs i don't have (given a proper warning that i'll have to get the champ later on) you'd have my money thrown at you. But as it is, no pulsefire = no cait (can't stand her looks save pulsefire) and no sale for you.
