ARURF On PBE Limited Champion Pool based on skins?

I can't post on the PBE boards for some reason although I am in NA, but the point of this post is the limited and repetitive champions that are being played. (If you don't own the skin it's just automatically applied) These are the champions I'm mostly seeing as of right now: Veigar (Bad santa) Draven (Santa Draven) Gnar (Snow day) Caitlyn (Arctic warfare) Bard (Snow day) Ezreal (Frosted) Poppy (Fawn) Nunu (Workshop) Kogmaw (Reindeer) Swain (Northern front) Gangplank (Toy soldier) Leblanc. (Mistletoe) I played 4 games of ARURF and these champions were pretty much always there. I love the map, I love the idea of all the snowdown skins on each of the champions but if that's the only thing that gives them permission to enter ARURF I'm not sure we're going to have too much fun this year. Right now it looks like only champions WITH snow down skins are allowed in.

TLDR 63 different champs are avalible

Yeah just narrow it down to the more popular choices and you can eliminate a majority of champions on the list. We're already seeing a lot of frustration on PBE.
