New Innate for Koggy?

I've already pitched ideas regarding focusing Koggy's character down to 'tank-busting artillery platform', so suffice to say there would be some re-balancing of power to go along with these potential changes.

When it comes to new Innates I've got two concepts I've been kicking around (and if anyone has any better ideas please feel free to share). One would have a little more interesting nuance to it while the other fits better with the 'tank-busting' side of things.

Regardless! Here we go.

So Empty: Kog'Maw deals bonus magic damage on his basic attacks and single-target spells equal to (small base amount plus a percentage of his MISSING mana).

Vs...

Void Acid: Kog'Maw's basic attacks and spells mark foes with stacks of Void Acid for (duration). If a foe is hit with three stacks the stacks are consumed and they take (percentage of their missing HP) magic damage.

So the one gives Koggy some cool levers to play with when it comes to his mana pool. The closer he is to OOM, the more he hurts. The other is a pretty straight forward anti-tank effect. Sure it'll hurt softies, too. But more HP means more hurtin'. Any thoughts?

As an ADC, even a caster based one, I find the idea of basing his power off missing mana kinda risky. Most of his power under normal circumstances comes from Auto Attacks, which do not rely on mana in the first place. It would be cool on a sort of mage or mage fighter who relies primarily on mana costing abilities, but on an auto attacking ADC, it seems kinda out of place.

Second one seems better imo. Stomach acid chewing away at people both sounds more correct for the walking stomach and more properly plays straight on the fact that he is an auto attacking ADC. Looks like Vayne though.

I feel his passive is fine as it is.

I would argue that Vayne looks like Koggy. She did kinda snipe the %HP thing from him in the first place. Regardless! I think having a sorta-sustained %Missing HP ability on someone like Kog would be a pretty neat mechanic. Combined with his long range Ults it would make him uniquely suited for polishing off weakened opponents. And since it requires three hits to proc, that would give ample space for trying to avoid the execution.

I feel his passive is fine as it is.

It seems more like a Bruiser Innate to me than an Innate for an artillery cannon.

For the record I have no explanation for what Walrus Punch would do, I'm just required to put something walrus-related in all my polls.
