  2. Whats the best build on her? Is full cdr optimal?

  5. Does her ults range get bigger when maxed or am i stupid?
  6. Early mid or late gamer? I feel like she has a huge mid game spike

  1. 9 Magic penetration Marks,2 Magic penetration quints,1 ability power quint, 6 scaling cdr glyph,3 scaling health glyph s, 9 scaling health seals (after many trials I found this to be the best, as it scales the best)

  2. Doesn't make, but if you e first the enemy champ is more likely to dodge the combo
