Why is Lucian in every game?

His kit in general is really strong. Long range poke, a MS buff, mobility, and great wave clear. Plus being a spellcaster who then by casting spells attacks faster is great. He's maybe not the KING of anything, but he's definitely strong at a LOT of things. This means his strength : weakness ratio is more favorable to other champions. For instance, he's mobile but in a way that is faster than Tristana's mobility (kinda long cast and dash) or Ezreal's mobility.

Well he is ADC. He is fun to play ADC, he looks cool, his abilities are not too complicated to use. He is decent in every part of game.

I think he is just a fun ADC in general to play as, even if I have never played him before personally.
