Yuumi gains a Percent of the attached target's AP/AD. Veigar infinitely scales. Yuumi can gain infinite AP off of Veigar. Yummi + Veigar bot? Coincidence? I think not.

? XD? You can't say a champ infinitely scales since no games go on for an infinite amount of time. Even if he has 100000000 stacks it's still a "finite" amount of stacks. It seems like a nice combo since she'll get a nice portion of AP but that's about it.
