Mordekaiser + 20 ms or gap closer?

This mans Mordekaiser Mordekaiser one slow boi. Give him 10 to 20 extra base movespeed please. Either that or make his W or E a gap closer of sorts. This man deals mucho grande damage, but it's pretty useless when you don't have a form of CC to stop them, or a gap closer to at least get one hit in. Protobelt item 3152 is not the option, remember Aatrox's dash? Mordekaiser doesn't even have that. With your mans Mundo DrMundo and Tahm TahmKench moving faster than a train car and having a form(s) of CC, Mordekaiser is one of the most situational champs I've ever played. He requires so much skill to play because of how conditional he is. You can't hit a man with a sword if he's 20 feet away.

Slow immunity but keep the slow movement speed.

Could make either of his Q/W/R give a small amount of MS while active. Either that or put a slow onto his E/W's active portion (the part where it deals damage and drains HP.)
