This game is decent.

I'm just gonna say, as a player who doesn't play ranked at all, this game is "ok". To be honest, I've seen worse. LoL reminds me of a seed. You take time looking at, removing bugs, give it some support, and eventually it'll give you the fruits of your labor. Vise-versa, you treat it like garbage, toss 10 pounds of fertilizer on it, give it water until it drowns, and all you get are people looking at something basically dead. I'm no expert but I think that if they worked on what important problems people point out, the game can attract more players and have the community be less toxic to this interesting plant of game.
