Failed promos the 3rd time thanks to an idiotic high elo douchebag (proposed a solution for this)

Had a 1st loss, which I can take it...

Then the 2nd one was a win, which I was really happy for...

And came last, the 3rd game. Everyone was happy with their pick, and my ADC got really fed. I felt really happy that I can finally advance after a 3 week promote-hiatus to Silver 2, since my main goal is to at least reach Gold Division so that I won't get looked down lots by other people just because I have a Silver badge.

But there's the kicker. My jungler, Vi, is a Gold player. We were already advancing leaps & bounds, until Vi opened her mouth with:

"omg this Silver elo op" "Hey bronze, can you follow up pls?" <- He literally 1v3 when everyone is at base

And after a failed kill-gank since Im oom ".......wow, silver rlly op"

Like wtf is this type of behaviour? Why is it that her type of people gets to trash-talk a lot because they're in the higher-ups, which in reality, Vi's MMR is of Silver elo itself to be teamed with us. After she did everything that I listed above, LeBlanc made one small mistake, and she continued with:

"Lol lb, trash player" "Hey lb, uninstall pls, bronze noob" "(all-chat) lol report lb for being silver & sucks dick"

Then I replied that it is pointless for her to be talking like this because, like I said, her MMR is of bronze-silver level to be teamed on our Silver team, then she responded with:

"Lol, look at my Vi history" "Check my profile ltr. Im rlly Gold"

I can't stand this type of spoiled, rich-brat behaviour going on in League. According to my assumption after checking her profile, she just recently got into Gold 5 like, 2 games ago. And she thinks she has the rights to be trash-talking like this.....

So I have come up with a new kind of report, since suspension & ban won't do anything, as most of these "high elos" have multiple smurfs:

• Whenever a teammate starts being toxic by trash-talking a teammate's lower elo and starts bragging their own high elo, their punishment is to **deduct 60 LP ** or demoted 1 division down. This would surely discipline those spoiled brats for being rude to people who were actually trying to reach a higher place.

And an additional note, there's no point in downvoting this new report to be created. All you have to do is stop insulting the lower elos or bragging your elo, is that so hard?
