Unpopulare Opinion: Lucian actually needs a buff.

Ok I'm just going to go with this because 1 he's bottom 4 win rate among adc's being only ahead of kalista, Corki, and kog'maw. Secondly other adc's that are "high skill cap" champions which Lucian seems to be placed in that category all basically have better win rates. When a champion is played a lot their win rate is going to be low. That is the accepted theory but we have seen that not to be the case with champions like Jhin Ezreal and vayne who are all comparable to lucian in play rate but still have 1.5%+ more win rate than he does (Vayne 6th in pick and win rate this patch, Jhin 2nd win rate 3rd in play rate , Ezreal 1st in play rate 11th in win rate)..

Also lucian is billed as a lane bully with a good early and mid game with a not so good late game. Well I attest that the stats basically puts would show he isn't very strong at these points at all compared to other high win rate adcs. He ranks 6th in win rate before 25 minutes which is good but once past 25 minutes where i think would be considered mid game i might be wrong on that he drops off a damn building. I know he is meant to have a drop off but he is also suppose to spike mid game and by then he is basically a liability. He's below all of the adcs played more than or as much as he is currently in the 25-40 time frame. Matter of fact he ranks in the bottom 5 of this time frame though this is when he is suppose to have some kind of spike then fall off around 35+ min. Instead by that 25-30 point all have better win rates and surpass him end game. I understand some of those scale to late game but for someone touted as a mobile adc that is good in the mid game he fails at it hard.

I say he needs some better scaling on his abilities. His late game isn't supposed to be super strong but for him to be this lethargic is a travesty. As well as the weakness in the mid game where he is supposed to be formidable. I don't see hardly any other champion drop off the cliff that hard and still be considered strong but somehow that's what is said about Lucian. Basically its you win in 25 minutes or there is nothing he can do to even compete against any other adc other than depend on your team and as we know in solo queue that's not reliable. No other adc is forced into that restriction of trying to win a game in the first 25 minutes or risk losing everything even if they managed to get a lead before then.
