These missions tho

I love the concept of the missions, but to be completely blunt, literally EVERY game you try to play outside of blind, the new champ is almost always banned or picked before you, and in almost every game INCLUDING blind, someone dodges if the guy gets picked or banned (before they can play him, presumably).

The whole concept of having these missions for new champs are almost completely wasted by this sort of thing, or at least so heavily delayed that if you actually want to complete the mission, you've in the end spent almost as much time re-queuing for matches than actually playing them, and of the ones you actually get to play, less than 10% with the new champ for your mission progress. The worst part about it is that no matter if you want to make that mission progress or just want to play a casual game with friends, you still end up waiting through everyone else queue dodging over it, so it's a major deal.

I think people need more incentive to stay in queue than they currently have. Queue dodging every time you don't get what you want is a pretty much open showing of that "If I can't have it, noone can" mentality. Banning the new champ is one thing, cause it's built into the game and fair, but dodging queue is pretty much just someone throwing a fit over it, and if you're going to throw that same fit every time you don't get what you want, make everyone wait longer to get in game, and overall make a more negative environment in all modes of play outside of aram, there should be repercussions. Maybe as far as to treat multiple queue dodges in a short amount of time like this as leaver status.
