I don't like Zilean to start but his passive needs a QoL change. So basically what should happen is when you start channeling your level up it should set the amount of exp they are going to receive right then and there. So minions dieing don't level them up and just cancel your passive. So you would still give them the Exp regardless. What do you guys think?

Well maybe keeping it and tying it to his W (we got champions with 800 passives after all 
), but yeah he's boring to face, and his ult cooldown is way too low at later ranks (extremely powerful ult, I don't get why the cooldown has to be this low)
Frosted Tips1 votesPersonally I like champions with alot going on, but it isn't necessary for them to be a fine champion. Keeping champion simple but not overly simple is ok.
